A Family Business
The Conley family started in the pest control industry when Frank Conley partnered with Norman Locke to found Mayflower Exterminating Company in Brockton in 1935. Frank then established Brockton Exterminating Company with his younger brother Charles in 1952. The company is now run by Chuck's son John and his grandson Brian. John Conley grew up in the pest control business, helping his dad on weekends and in the summer. While digging the trenches for termite treatments, he learned every aspect of the business from his father. His mother, JoAnn, ran the office, scheduled appointments and did the bookkeeping.

The Next Generation
John graduated from the University of Massachusetts and now runs the business from his home. Their son Brian graduated from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, and has been a fully licensed applicator for over 10 years. We continue to grow and gain knowledge as our industry evolves.
